In addition, the ranch is MLDP qualified which allows for 4 full months of whitetail deer management annually. There are several feed stations providing year-round free choice protein pellets, corn, alfalfa hay and water to the deer. Javalina, as well as huge flocks of turkeys and dove can be found throughout the ranch with quail hunting available year-round with the private bird hunting permit.
